一人では対応できないことでも、みんなと力を合わせれば
利用者様に尊い限られた時間を穏やかに過ごしてもらえる為に
真剣に考えてくれました。
時には、感情的になり本当の家族のように泣くスタッフも
いますが、それだけ相手のことを想いやる心を持っているのだと
嬉しくなります。
本当に大事なことは、平凡な小さな幸せです。
何気ない会話や、日常がどれほど素晴らしいのかを
利用者様の看護ケアを通して日々学んでいます。
色々な意見を聞くことで、みんなのことがわかり
安心してスタッフみんなが相談できる雰囲気ができていますので
これからも定期的に活動の状況など聞いて話し合いを行っていきたいと思います。
